2. On July 12, 2011 the deed, signed and dated February 2007, was recorded with transfer of title at the courthouse.

3. Courthouse records show the purchase price was $ 953,000.00.

4. The Williamson County Tax Assessor changed the 2011/2012 tax bill to show Mr. & Mrs. Michael W. Absher as both the owner and the mailing address.

5. The 2011/2012 tax bill shows full fair cash value as only $557,046.00.

6. The 2012/2013 tax bill has the full fair cash value at only $ 556,500.00.

7. The tax assessor never reassessed this property to reflect the purchase price, as is the normal and expected practice after a sale of property.

8. The rough estimate of tax monies the county has been defrauded of on this transaction alone ( based on the July 2011 transfer ) is approximately $ 9,300.00.
